The Les Paul Standard 60s Figured is crafted with a mahogany body and a maple cap with a gorgeous, highly figured maple veneer, delivering the rich midrange punch of mahogany along with a touch of brightness from the maple cap, which is essential to the sonic signature of a Les Paul Standard. The highly figured maple veneer gives it the stunning looks of a far more expensive guitar. It also has a mahogany neck with a fast-playing SlimTaper 60s C-profile and long neck tenon for exceptional stability and added sustain. The pickups are wired to individual volume and tone controls that feature high-quality CTS® potentiometers, and the controls are topped with gold Top Hat knobs with dial pointers.
