How to Book a Sound System
- Contact us with your date and event description/needs
- We will help you choose a rental package or custom setup
- Secure your booking with full payment or a $100 deposit
Pickup and Return Details
Pickup: Between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM on the scheduled date.
At time of equipment pickup, we require:
✅ Photo ID (government-issued)
✅ Valid credit card for security hold
A $250–$1,000 pre-authorization (depending on rental value) will be processed on your card. This is a temporary security hold — not a charge — and is released after the safe return and testing of all rental equipment.
Return: All equipment must be returned by 2:00 PM on the scheduled return date.
