Shipping policy

Shipping Rates are calculated in the shopping cart. We thoroughly inspect, pack & insure all items prior to shipping. Orders ship within 1-2 business days (usually same day). All shipments are fully insured while in transit.

Within Canada we may use UPS, Canada Post, Purolator or Canpar depending on the delivery location and weight/dimensions of the shipment. 

Shipping Carriers

To provide the best overall service, Faders Music may ship your order using Canada Post, UPS, Purolator, FedEx, Canpar, or another reputable carrier.

While your checkout may display a specific carrier or service (such as Canada Post), this does not guarantee that your order will be shipped using that carrier. We reserve the right to select the carrier and service level that we believe is most appropriate based on the destination, package size, value, and current carrier performance.

Our goal is always to deliver your order safely, efficiently, and as quickly as possible.

Note: Certain large/long and/or heavy products and remote, "beyond point" and rural locations may be subject to additional shipping charges. (ie. PO Box deliveries). If an order does not qualify for free or flat rate shipping, we will contact you before shipping. 

Yamaha Clavinova and Roland LX Series Pianos are only available for local pickup and are unavailable for shipping.
