Shipping policy

Shipping Rates are calculated in the shopping cart. We thoroughly inspect, pack & insure all items prior to shipping. Orders ship within 1-2 business days (usually same day)

Within Canada we may use UPS, Canada Post, Purolator or Canpar depending on the delivery location and weight/dimensions of the shipment.

Note: Certain large/long and/or heavy products and remote, "beyond point" and rural locations may be subject to additional shipping charges. (ie. PO Box deliveries). If an order does not qualify for free or flat rate shipping, we will contact you before shipping. 

Yamaha Clavinova and Roland LX Series Pianos are only available for local pickup and are unavailable for shipping.
