Rentals are charged based on the number of nights the equipment is out. For example, pickup Friday and return Monday (Standard Weekend) counts as a 3-night rental. We are closed Sundays, so Sunday return is not available.
Yes. All rentals require a valid credit card pre-authorization and government-issued photo ID at pickup. The pre-authorization is automatically released after the equipment is safely returned and checked.
Not at all! Most of our rental systems are designed to be simple and user-friendly. We’re happy to walk you through the setup and basic operation at pickup.
No. Wireless systems require 9V or AA batteries, which are not included. Batteries are available for purchase at pickup.
Please contact us as soon as possible if your return will be delayed. Additional rental charges may apply for late returns.
