Yamaha StagePas 600BT Setup & Operation Guide

Step 1: Unpack the StagePas System

Step 2: The microphone & cable are in the side pockets of the speaker bags

Step 3: Remove the mixer from the back of the speaker by sliding the release tab

Step 4: Click the tab on the back of the second speaker to remove the back cover

Step 5: The power cable and speaker cables are in the compartment

Step 6: Mount the speakers on the speaker stands and place the mixer on a nearby table

Step 7: Plug one speaker cable into the back of each speaker

Step 8: Plug the other end of each speaker cable into the red outputs on the mixer

Step 9: Mount the microphone onto the stand & plug in the cable
(make sure the cable clicks into place)

Step 10: Plug the mic cable into channel 1 on the mixer.
*Make sure the Mic/Line button is out*

Step 11: Make sure all of the white volume controls are turned off

Step 12: Make sure the red Master Volume control is turned off

Step 13: 🚨 PRO TIP: Make sure the microphone is NOT positioned in front of the speakers

Step 14: Instead, position the mic behind the speakers to prevent loud screeching feedback

Step 15: Press Power Button to turn on the system

Step 16: Turn red master volume up to this level

Step 17: Have someone speak into the microphone while you slowly turn up the channel volume to the desired level

Step 18: 🚨 PRO TIP: Speak directly into the microphone for best results

Step 19: Press & Hold Bluetooth button for 5-10 seconds until the light blinks slowly. Connect your device (in your device Bluetooth Settings) for streaming audio

BONUS PRO TIP: Wind the speaker cable around the stand to prevent accidental unplugging

Step 20: If you upgraded your rental with the Alto Subwoofer, connect the cable to the mixer here with the included cable.

Step 21: Connect to the subwoofer here, make sure volume is set to zero, turn on & slowly adjust to the desired volume
