This is a late-’80s / early-’90s Made in Korea Squier Stratocaster (serial S910640), finished in classic black with a white pickguard. It’s in very good condition and plays exceptionally well — one of those guitars you pick up and immediately don’t want to put down.

Built during a period when Korean Squiers earned a strong reputation for solid construction and great necks, this Strat has all the right vintage cues: naturally yellowed pickups and knobs, traditional SSS pickup configuration, and a maple neck and fingerboard with black dot inlays and a skunk stripe on the back.

But the real star here is the neck — smooth, comfortable, and effortlessly playable. It’s the kind of neck that reminds you why people still hunt these down decades later.

Specs & Highlights:

  • Made in Korea (circa 1989–1990)

  • Black body with white pickguard

  • Standard SSS Strat pickup configuration

  • Maple neck & maple fingerboard with black dot inlays

  • Skunk stripe on back of neck

  • Naturally aged plastics with great vintage vibe

  • Excellent neck feel and playability

  • Very good overall condition with light, honest wear

This is a fantastic nostalgia piece for ’90s kids, or anyone who grew up seeing Squiers like this in bedrooms, basements, and rehearsal spaces. It’s also just a genuinely fun, inspiring Strat-style guitar that proves great instruments don’t need to be flashy.
