The Tycoon African Wood Claves are crafted from exotic Asian hardwood and are larger than traditional claves.

To play, the clave lays in one hand between the fingertips and heel, and the space between the clave and the palm creates a sound chamber. The cutaway sound chamber is designed to create added volume and tonal qualities.
